Me: (gesturing) Big
Server: (Gesturing back) Groß. (I nod). Mit Kakao?
Me: Yes please.
Server: Einem achtzig
Me: (I look at the number on the cash register and give them a 2-euro coin)
Server: (Gives me change)
Me: Thank you very much.
